PITCHING AND CATCHING
Work with our seasoned instructors to refine your pitching motion/mechanics and receiving technique. Pitchers will learn how to consistently hit your spots, and know when to call for and use the change-up. Catchers will learn how to implement a solid foundation of both mental and physical mechanics to become a leader and dominant force behind the plate, capable of catching day in and day out and becoming the iron horse behind the dish.
This group is geared toward the athlete who wants to make the BIG difference in a game. All athletes have power potential; they just need to gain a better understanding of how to use their bodies efficiently to maximize power. We will work with you on specific techniques to improve bat speed, find the gaps, and even clear the fences.
This group is geared toward players who want to help their team win championships. The goal of our fielding program is to provide a weekly workout that will help players gain confidence in their defensive game. Frequent reps will help players build muscle memory so they can play freely and without hesitation. Agility drills are mixed in to each workout to improve foot work and increase range. We’ll help you stay down on those hard grounders and short-hops, improve your first step toward fly balls, master the backhand, and more.
