Recruiting

Learn the TRUTH about the recruiting process. All questions about the recruiting process answered by athletes who have been through the process personally, and have helped many others maneuver through the maze of recruiting. Recruiting is stressful! Softball U will help you learn how to dominate the process. Thousands of athletes are working for the same spot on a college roster. Softball U will provide accurate information on how to stand out and get noticed, instead of just seen. Our Team/Organizational Seminar will shed light on the do’s and don’ts of the process, what the girls can expect along the way, and how to be creative and unique when reaching out to schools. One-On-One sessions offer hands on help guide young athletes through the process.

These sessions will help athletes connect with their dream schools, and gain confidence to dominate recruiting confidence. The hardest part of recruiting is knowing what to write in emails, and what to talk about when you make phone calls. The biggest mistake girl’s make is writing down a word for word script. Coaches, managers, league officials and parents are educated on their role to best develop each athlete.

Relationship – The relationship built between player and coach is a contributing factor in shaping the experience that each player has in softball.

Environment– In an environment free from the fear of failure, each player can perform to the best of their ability without the worry of negative feedback/judgment based on results.

Information– Players are engaged by professionals who deliver accurate information to each player, no matter what their current ability level is, to provide an avenue for progression in skill development and love for the game.
